A new skin care business has debuted in the neighborhood. Located in Nob Hill's Salon Village boutique salon complex at 1538 Pacific Ave., Suite 110, the newcomer is called Viso Puro.

Having trained in award-winning Italian spas, business owner Nadine Strong specializes in European-style facials for women, men and teens, according to the salon's Yelp page. Standard facials at Viso Puro last 60 minutes, with 90- and 120-minute deluxe facials available, as well. Strong also offers express peels, eye treatments and a full array of waxing and tweezing services.

With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, the new spot seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Apoorva M., who was among the first Yelpers to review Viso Puro on Oct. 1, wrote, "Nadine is a top-notch facialist. After evaluating my skin type and skin condition, Nadine provided a relaxing and thorough facial that was really meditative. It helped melt away all the stress from the day."

Yelper Nicole C. added, “I had the most incredible and luxurious facial ever! Nadine is so kind and knowledgeable and welcomes you into a warm and cozy cocoon of a spa environment."
