A new spot to score coffee, tea and more has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Garfield Park, called Normal Coffee, is located at 1125 Cruft St.
Normal Coffee is located inside the Tube Factory Artspace, "a public space for community, culture and creativity," notes the nonprofit Big Car Collaborative's website.
The coffee spot offers tea, espresso drinks from Indianapolis-based Tinker Coffee and Amelia's pastries in a chill atmosphere. Check out the in-house library and browse art exhibits while you're there.
The new arrival has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Becca L., who reviewed the new spot on Sept. 12, wrote, “This is the perfect place to get your morning pick me up before exploring the city. Make sure to stop in and say hi to the Manager Brandon Wadley. He makes a mean iced vanilla latte!”
Yelper Erin B. added, "In the short time this place has been open I have already gone in a few times to get a real tasty Americano and get some work done on my laptop. There is indoor and outdoor table space with lots of tall tables."
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Normal Coffee is open 7 a.m.–6 p.m. on Monday-Friday and from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
