A new bakery and cafe called East Bay Provisions has opened inside the Claremont Club & Spa at 41 Tunnel Road in Berkeley.
East Bay Provisions joins the Claremont's other eateries, Limewood Bar & Restaurant and Club Bayview Cafe. The new counter-service spot offers coffee, pastries and cafe eats like sandwiches, salads and quiche. In the evenings, it takes on more of a wine bar feel, serving local wines and plates of cheese and charcuterie.
East Bay Provisions has gotten off to a positive start thus far, with a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
