The winding and disturbing journey of serial stalker and sexual harasser Bill Gene Hobbs reached its conclusion on Thursday, as San Francisco Superior Court Judge Harry Dorfman sentenced him to five and a half years in jail. Hobbs, who was found guilty on nine counts of assault, battery, sexual battery, and false imprisonment, instigated numerous assaults since his notoriety began in July 2021. Two victims spoke at the sentencing, with Hobbs cruelly interrupting them. The sentence includes a two and a half year sentence in SF County Jail followed by three years in state prison for his felony charge.
