As Miami New Times reports, the restaurant is cooking up no less than seven cuts of beef and lamb, including brisket and ribs, all marinated and smoked for a minimum of 16 hours to achieve that perfect fall-off-the-bone texture.
But it’s not just any meal – it’s an entire spectacle, with cleaver-wielding staff chopping and dressing the meat in full view of guests, a sight to behold as they expertly season the cuts with an array of spices, honey, and sauces the choreography that takes place behind the counter is as much part of the experience as the food itself.
