Details provided by officials on X state that Amelia may be in the company of her 34-year-old mother, Arys Martinez, and potentially traveling in a car, model unknown. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is seeking to urgently locate the child, who was described as 1-foot tall, weighing 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It's been disclosed that the parents of the baby recently had their parental rights terminated, sparking additional concern for the baby's welfare.

Local police have established communication with the child's father after the child was reported to have been last seen with him post being picked up at Little Hands On Learning Academy in Davie. No further details concerning the circumstances of the communication have been publicly released.
