A man suffered severe injuries in a motorcycle crash on 107th Avenue north of Beardsley Road in Peoria, as reported by ABC15. The accident occurred on a recent Saturday where Peoria police officials stated that the motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, he was wearing his helmet at the time of the incident.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision was present when authorities arrived and is said to be cooperating with the police investigation into the crash that has not yet determined if speed or impairment were contributing factors.
The identities of those involved in the crash have not been released, though the aftermath led to the closure of 107th Avenue in both directions from West Beardsley Road to W Deer Valley Road, which has since reopened as of approximately 3:20 p.m. on Saturday according to 12 News.
