Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputy, identified as Brenten Trueblood, 25, was tragically killed in a motorcycle crash in Greene County on Saturday night. As reported by FOX59, the Greene County Sheriff's Department received reports of the accident near the Interstate 69 on-ramp on East State Road 445 around 11:10 p.m.
The preliminary findings of the Greene County Sheriff's Department suggested that Trueblood's motorcycle departed the roadway under unknown circumstances and came to a rest on the southwest side of the road. After emergency responders' efforts at the scene, Trueblood was taken to IU Health’s Bloomington hospital where he was later pronounced dead, per information obtained by WTHI-TV.
