Police stated that two bystanders quickly pulled the distressed man from the water before Palm Beach County Fire Rescue personnel arrived and initiated to aggressively perform lifesaving efforts. However, upon his arrival at Jupiter Medical Center, the man was pronounced dead. As of now, authorities have not released the name of the deceased.
