Thirsty San Franciscans, take note McAlister's Deli is pouring free cups of tea this Thursday. Celebrating its annual tradition for the 16th time, the restaurant chain will offer a variety of teas on the house, as confirmed by the deli themselves.
Customers can quench their thirst with a selection of beverages including sweet tea, unsweet tea, the popular tea and lemonade mix, or they can explore the world of flavored teas. On this special day, tea aficionados can snag one complimentary Big Tea per person when ordering in-store, according to a promo detailed on WSLS. Mobile orders, meanwhile, are limited to four free teas through the McAlister’s Deli website or app, with the offer valid at participating locations only.
Missing out on Free Tea Day doesn't mean missing out altogether. For those part of the McAlister’s Deli Rewards Program, the tea party continues from July 19 to July 21. Members will be entitled to a free Big Tea with the purchase of an entree, a deal that's a tad sweeter than the regular menu offerings. These details were originally reported on CBS4Indy.
It's important to note, for customers opting for the cozy comfort of delivery on July 18, delivery and convenience fees will be applied, and orders placed via third-party delivery services are excluded from the day's giveaway, "Sip on this—free tea from McAlister's Deli," FOX59 shared the company's clarifications. So, whether you're a long-time fan of McAlister's sweet sips or just in the mood for a refreshing freebie, steep yourself in the moment and enjoy the seasonal perks on offer.
