Two gunmen ambushed the employees, demanding valuables; as one employee attempted to flee, he was shot and subsequently robbed. The wounded man was transported by bystanders to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, and despite the critical nature of his injuries, his condition is described as stable, with the authorities at the local police department working to uncover more about the assailants who, after the attack, fled in a car that police suspect was stolen.

It could’ve turned out a lot worse than it did.
