In a recent development from Nashville, 39-year-old Miles T. Williams has been detained on charges connected to the death of Emily Bradley, 44, his former girlfriend, as reported by WSMV. The Metro Nashville Police Department confirmed that Bradley’s body was discovered on March 2 in Whites Creek, a grim end to the search that began when she was reported missing on February 21.
Following a Davidson County Grand Jury indictment, Williams faces a second-degree murder charge related to Bradley's cause of death, which the Medical Examiner’s Office concluded was blunt force trauma, a sad reality especially considering she was last seen during what we are led to believe were happier times with Williams, her ex-beau, who now remains silent besides admitting to narcotics ingestion before being apprehended refusing to speak with detectives when approached, his silence could very well be a loud prelude to a lengthy legal battle.
A spokesperson for the Metro Nashville Police described the arrest that occurred yesterday night, as detailed by WKRN, through the coordinated efforts of the Missing Persons Unit and Specialized Investigations Division detectives.
