Detectives believe the two may be with a 33-year-old man named Jeffery Ryan Stephen, WSVN reports.
Missing since a night in mid-August, equipped with the belief that Stephen and the Halls may still be within Broward County, possibly hiding in places like Lauderhill, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, or Coral Springs, the last piece of tangible evidence situates them in a gray Lexus SUV. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) has also issued a missing child poster for Trannel Hall with a unique identifier of NCIC# M558040151. Working together, local authorities and NCMEC are keen on locating the young mother and her child and are appealing to the public for assistance, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's official website.
