
The Franklin Police Department is on the lookout for two brothers, LeVarius Marquez Owens, 24, and LaDarius TreShawn Owens, 23, who have become entangled in a series of crimes that target some of the most vulnerable in our society. According to an announcement on the department's website, these men are wanted for financial exploitation of the elderly, theft in excess of $10,000, additional theft over $2,500, forgery, and identity theft.
On the lam, the Owens brothers are believed to be holed up somewhere in Columbia, Tenn., possibly making use of a silver Chevy Impala with Tennessee plates BQZ5414 as their means of transport. For those in the area, authorities are asking the public to help restore safety and support those who have been affected. A monetary incentive is on the table as well, Crime Stoppers of Williamson County will pay up to $1,000 for any tip that leads to an arrest.
