Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers are currently investigating a homicide on the city's near southeast side. As reported by WTHR, the investigation began after officers responded to a call in the 1800 block of Wagner Lane, in the vicinity of East Raymond Street and South Sherman Drive, just after 1 p.m. on September 9.
Upon arrival, the officers found a deceased individual outside of a home, leading to the IMPD's homicide unit being summoned to the scene.
