At approximately 4:45 p.m. yesterday, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers attended the scene in the 1100 block of W. 29th Street, where they discovered an individual with gunshot wounds.
The victim, whose identity was not immediately released, was swiftly transported to a local hospital, facing life-threatening injuries, responding to a person shot, officers located the victim and in critical condition, an account corroborated by WTHR. Police have not yet provided detailed information regarding a suspect or the potential motive behind the incident.
