The day's theme, #TogetherWeCan, signals a collective resolve.
At Plymouth County Correctional Facility, the recognition of this struggle is a daily commitment, as shared in a recent Facebook post, this multifaceted approach involves a host of actors: from the Sheriff's collaboration with the Plymouth County Drug Task Force to the tireless dedication of program staff, faith leaders, medical personnel, caseworkers, re-entry specialists, and correctional officers who often devote personal time to fundraising for community support organizations in an sequence of unified steps.
