James is described as a white male, standing 5' 6" tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Details of his clothing when he went missing are unknown, and, adding to the challenge of finding him, James left without a cell phone. He may be using an electric bike, also missing from his residence. The Sheriff's Office urges those in the Castro Valley area to watch, as James might be spending time with friends locally.
