West Palm Beach is gearing up to bring a burst of flavor and community to its residents every Saturday with the return of its beloved GreenMarket. Celebrating its 30th Anniversary, offering over 130 vendors a stage to showcase their products. In a statement obtained by the Miami Beach government, West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James expressed his pride in the market's evolution as a "unifying community experience," praising both the city staff and the local community for their collaborative efforts, according to WPB GreenMarket webpage.
Starting October 5, locals and visitors can to thoroughly enjoy a rich tapestry of fresh produce, baked treats, and artisanal goods on The Great Lawn, located at 100 N. Clematis Street. The GreenMarket, which has been consistently ranked among the best in the nation, will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, except for a brief hiatus on March 22 due to the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
An exciting addition to this year's festivities includes the Master Chef Showcase, which, according to the event's webpage, will feature local chefs and vendors competing for culinary acclaim. Limited tickets will be sold for attendees to sample these gourmet creations, a twist on the traditional showcase taking place every second Saturday of the month until the season concludes on April 19, 2025.
Reaffirming the market's status as a top weekend destination, attendees can look forward to new vendors joining the ranks, among them -4 Degrees Café, Jupiter Donuts, and Pizza Mike, as shared by the WPB GreenMarket webpage.
