An Indiana man is facing serious charges after being caught in the web of child exploitation investigations across two states. Kenneth L. Foxx, 37, from Brazil, Indiana, was arrested on September 23 on 19 counts of child exploitation, following an investigation by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force, according to a Facebook post from the Fishers Police Department, as stated by myWabashValley.com.

The Fishers Police Department disclosed that a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children prompted them to investigate further, only to disappointingly learn Foxx intended to travel to Texas to sexually engage with a minor. As part of the same investigation, officers executed search warrants on Foxx's social media accounts, uncovering several files with material of child sexual exploitation. WISHTV.com reports that the discovery prompted an additional warrant for 19 counts of child exploitation against Foxx.

The case against Foxx doesn't begin nor end with this recent arrest. He had previously faced allegations of sending inappropriate messages to a minor—a 12-year-old girl in an incident reported by the Vigo County Sheriff's Department. Foxx had messaged her saying, "You remember the guy that installed the furnace in your house?" and added, "well that’s me and I thought you were quite sexy." He later pleaded guilty to one count of inappropriate communication with a child, a misdemeanor, and completed a sentence involving probation and community service, as detailed by FOX59.

Now Foxx is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail in Texas, owing to a warrant issued by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office. This warrant includes two counts of possession with intent to improperly promote child pornography.
