Local residents and anyone with information about Portal's whereabouts are urged to come forward, as time is critical in such situations. The public's collective effort is often key to safely returning missing persons. In a statement to WSVN, authorities provided contact numbers 305-603-6300 and 305-579-6111 for sharing information.
In addition to the initial report, Miami Police also posted an alert via X, emphasizing the need for assistance in locating Portal.
