James Sutton, aged 59, was reportedly involved in a physical altercation at the corner of South 5th and Russell Streets, which resulted in his untimely death due to severe head and spinal injuries inflicted during the incident. According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, it has been confirmed that the victim was not hit by a vehicle.
The Nashville Police Department has released surveillance photos of a man believed to quickly have engaged in the physical confrontation with Sutton. Investigators are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying and locating the suspect. They emphasize that any information could be crucial to the case.
