Nashville is set to experience a week of fluctuating weather conditions, beginning with mostly sunny skies and expected highs reaching up to the low 80s, as per the latest forecasts from the National Weather Service.
According to the National Weather Service, tonight in Nashville will be partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to the 60s. While the autumn chill is mild tonight, stronger winds of up to 20 mph are expected. On Tuesday, warmer south winds will push temperatures to a sunny high of around 83. This warm trend will continue through midweek, with comfortable lows in the 60s and highs staying in the same range.
However, changes are coming as Thursday nears. The NWS predicts a 60 percent chance of showers after 1 p.m., along with possible thunderstorms into the night, lasting past midnight. While temperatures will stay in the 80s during the day, they will drop to 52 at night as winds shift from the south to the north.
Friday will bring sunshine with a high of 70 and a light north breeze. Possible showers are expected to start the weekend. Sunday will have a 20 percent chance of showers but mostly sunny skies and a high near 80 degrees.
