A Seymour, Indiana man has found himself on the wrong side of the law for the second time this year after being charged with practicing dentistry without a license. Fredy P. Felipe-Pascual, 31, was arrested after the Seymour Police Department acted on a medical call at The Village Green Mobile Home Park. According to WISH-TV, the call resulted in a search warrant that uncovered numerous dental tools, medications, and some described as "rogue" dental instruments.

The previous arrest occurred in March where Felipe-Pascual faced the same charges including unlawful possession of a legend drug and criminal recklessness, in a case that is still pending, with an Oct. 25 pretrial conference set, no bond is established in the current case, as of yet. "During the search of the location, patrol officers located numerous dental instruments, medications, and rogue dental instruments," Seymour Police Department announced in a statement on their Facebook page, as per a news release quoted by WISH-TV.

The arrest of Felipe-Pascual this weekend comes amid increased scrutiny on unlicensed medical practices; this issue has become a growing concern for authorities. Information gathered at the mobile home site led to Felipe-Pascual's capture, as stated in WTHR, who reported that he was processed at the Jackson County Jail following the seizure.
