A teenage boy, only 17 years old, was severely injured following a shooting incident in Morgan Park on Saturday night, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times. The episode unfolded approximately at 9:15 p.m. in the 900 block of West 115th Street, when the youth encountered a hail of bullets from a passing dark-colored car.
Police have confirmed that the victim was hit in the back before being rushed to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he remained in a serious condition, as per the Chicago Sun-Times.
