Forte, now 32, is accused of having engaged in multiple sexual encounters with the teenager approximately four years ago, when he was employed as a coach at the academy. The age difference between Forte and the student was 11 years at the time of the alleged interactions.
According to a report by WSMV, the investigation into these charges commenced in late September this year, following revelations made by the victim, who has since reached adulthood. Forte responded to the issuance of an arrest warrant by surrendering to the Metro Nashville Police Department officers on Wednesday evening.
