Identified as Austin Lee Herron, the suspect currently has warrants out for his arrest on the named charges. According to WSMV, Herron is alleged to have committed theft exceeding $10,000.
Herron is reportedly operating a 2001 silver BMW 325i convertible, in a statement obtained by the Sumner County Source. The police are appealing to the public for any information that might lead to his capture. Officials have encouraged anyone with knowledge of Herron's whereabouts to come forward.
