According to the CPD report, Rodriguez was last seen on November 23, 2024, at approximately 4:30 pm, after leaving Community First Hospital with his wife, who also suffers from dementia. His description lists him as a Hispanic male, 5’7″ in height, weighing 130lbs, with brown eyes, black hair streaked with gray, an olive complexion, and born on May 8th, 1941.
After his disappearance, his wife was found at the 5000 block of W Bell Plaine. With an urge for public assistance in their search, anyone with information has been directed to reach out to Detective LIGUORI at 21296. Walking into the cold with no clear destination, the vulnerability of the elderly couple is underscored, as the night's embrace could render any search more arduous.
The Department recommends that anyone who might have seen Rodriguez or have any information pertaining to his whereabouts contact authorities immediately. Caution is urged in approach, considering Rodriguez's medical condition, and the importance of promptly notifying the police is emphasized.
