Authorities in Chicago's 19th District are turning to the public for help to identify individuals linked to a recent strong-arm robbery that targeted a commuter on the CTA Redline. According to a community alert released by the Chicago Police Department, the incident occurred in Lake View on the CTA Blueline at Pulaski on the early morning of November 1st. The alert details how the perpetrators approached the victim, forcefully demanded personal belongings and fled post-haste.

The crime took place specifically at the 3900 block of N. Sheridan Rd. at exactly 12:24 a.m.; detectives have provided a timeframe for the public to cross-reference any potential witness accounts or related observations they might have. The assailants, two males estimated to be between the ages of 35 and 45, remain unidentified, and the Chicago PD is appealing to anyone with information that might assist in apprehending these individuals responsible for the robbery.
