Monday promises to warm the city with partly sunny conditions and a high near 79, while Tuesday is slated to be mostly sunny with temperatures climbing to a high near 81 degrees. An incoming cold front by mid-week, however, presents a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday, with highs peaking around 82 degrees, shifting to a north wind in the afternoon.
As reported by NBC Miami, temperatures for South Florida this morning were cool, with readings in the upper 50s to low 60s. "We’ll warm into the upper 70s this afternoon with warm sunshine and a lighter breeze than Saturday," said the forecast, indicating a gentle east wind at 5 to 10 mph.
Miami will see above-normal temperatures in the low 80s through midweek, followed by a cold front on Wednesday that will bring temperatures back to the mid-70s by the weekend. The front may stall south of the region, leading to isolated showers and cloudier skies later in the week.
