
A Seymour, Indiana man has been taken into custody on charges of child molestation, as reported by local authorities. FOX59 details that Enrique Gaspar Miguel, age 21, allegedly committed the felony in December of the previous year against an 11-year-old child.
After receiving the initial report on December 10, 2024, the Seymour Police Department, with assistance from the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Child Advocate Center Susie's Place, conducted a thorough investigation, this according to the same WDRB article that said Miguel was taken into custody last Wednesday.
The charges laid against Miguel are severe, with child molesting being a level 3 felony which carries significant legal consequences.
