The assailant, identified by police as 38-year-old Darrell Dean Roberts, is accused of assaulting a service worker conducting repairs in a home. When a woman intervened in an attempt to stop the altercation, she too became a victim of the attack. Both victims were transported to the hospital with severe and life-threatening injuries. While this was a domestic incident, authorities have reassured that there is no further threat to the community.
