Originally from Allen County, Knudsen is working closely with State Rep. Chris Judy (R-Fort Wayne) during the intense 2025 legislative session. His roles include a mix of constituent communication and hands-on support during committee hearings and floor proceedings.
Heralding from a background in political science and economics, Knudsen has found himself immersed in the machinery of legislation, a place where theory and practice frequently collide. "It has been an absolute honor and privilege learning about the legislative process alongside great company," Knudsen said, according to a press release from the Indiana House Republicans. The internship is seemingly providing to complement his academic pursuits with real-world insights into state-level policy-making.
