Residents of Plainfield, Mooresville, and Morgan County will have to reckon with inconveniences at HCL Road and SR 267 starting last Thursday, for a 45-day period due to a signal project, facing the wrinkle of altered traffic flows and the familiar growl of construction crews signaling another phase of change, as stated on Hendricks County's official website.
