According to an IMPD spokesperson, the shooting took place around 10:15 p.m. last night in the 10800 block of Penwell Way, near East 38th Street and German Church Road, as reported by WTHR. Responding officers discovered a juvenile male victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. He was reported "stable" when transported to Eskenazi Hospital for treatment.
