Early this morning, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a fatal shooting on the near east side of Indianapolis. According to FOX59, the shooting occurred just before 5 a.m. on the 300 block of North Arsenal Avenue. Officers arrived to find an adult male with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced deceased shortly after.
