Ladder 131 personnel searched the first floor and discovered an individual on the roof. Ground ladders were deployed, and the person was safely rescued by Battalion 130. Engine 131 brought the fire under control in 8-10 minutes with assistance from Engines 132 and 133.

No injuries were reported, and the fire's cause is under investigation by the Brownsburg Fire Territory Fire Marshal's Office.
