
Early morning yesterday on Murfreesboro Pike in South Nashville when a Goodlettsville man, identified as 24-year-old Cordae Robison, died following a single-vehicle crash. WKRN reports that the accident occurred at the intersection of Una Antioch Pike around 2 a.m. Robison's Nissan Maxima struck a utility pole.
Details provided by the Metro Nashville Police Department indicate that the vehicle was being driven at high speeds before losing control, as confirmed by a witness at the scene. WSMV states that Robison was subsequently taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, but succumbed to his injuries.
Police have ruled out drugs or alcohol, finding no evidence of either at the scene, as per The Tennessean.
