Tamarac is celebrating spring with its family-friendly Springfest series, starting with a sensory-sensitive Egg Hunt on Saturday next week. The event will take place at the Tamarac Sports Complex Baseball Field One, beginning at 9 a.m. Children aged 10 and under are invited to participate in the hunt, which will feature eggs filled with toys, as per the City of Tamarac release.
The sensory-sensitive Egg Hunt aims to provide an inclusive experience for children with sensory needs. Pre-registration is required to ensure necessary accommodations, and parents can register their children online. Following the egg hunt, the general Springfest event will start at 10 a.m., offering additional spring-themed activities for families, with no pre-registration required.
For more information and to register for the sensory-sensitive egg hunt, parents can visit the City of Tamarac's official website.
