Something is baking at the former Castro location of Woodhouse Fish Co. at 2073 Market Street (at Church).
Antoine's Cookie Shop will soon bring its freshly baked cookies to the former restaurant space. Woodhouse Fish closed last year after 18 years in the space.
Founder and owner Antoine Tang started his cookie business in 2013 and opened his first shop in San Mateo in 2015.

Antoine's Cookie Shop has two other locations: San Mateo and Palo Alto. The Castro shop would be the third, and a fourth location will open soon in Los Gatos.
According to an Instagram post, Antoine's Cookie Shop plans to open this summer. Hoodline reached out to Tang for comment but did not receive a response.
Cookie options include chocolate chip, cookies 'n cream, snickerdoodle, honeycomb, dark chocolate, toffee, peanut buttercup, white chocolate macadamia, oatmeal chip with pecans, walnut chip, and semi-sweet macadamia.
Antoine's Cookie Shop bakes all its cookies onsite, and fresh batches are made every two hours.
Each cookie costs $2.50, and a baker's dozen (13 cookies) is $30. Milk and water are also available for purchase to help wash down your cookies.

Construction work has been ongoing for months. On a recent visit by a Hoodline reporter, construction workers could be seen inside preparing the space to open.
Antoine's Cookie Shop will, of course, join longtime neighborhood favorite cookie shop Hot Cookie. Although, it doesn't appear that Antoine's will offer any adult-themed cookies similar to Hot Cookie's "penis and venus" cookies.
