A shooting in downtown Indianapolis has left one person critically injured on the afternoon of Memorial Day. According to the WRTV report, a call came into the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) at around 12:04 p.m., prompting law enforcement to head over to 47 South Pennsylvania Street.
