Pacheco left his residence earlier today in a silver 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, Indiana license plate HP328, and he also brought along the family dog. Pacheco is described as a white male, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair, according to information obtained by WTHR. His vehicle has been tracked by "numerous" license plate readers throughout the state, included but not limited to locations in Logansport, Rochester, and Gary.
Authorities stress the urgency of the situation given Pacheco's medical condition.
