The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for Miracle Hart, an 11-year-old girl from San Leandro, Alameda County. According to the CHP Alerts, Hart was last seen today around midnight. The Alameda County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance locating her.

Miracle, who is described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, was notably wearing a long black dress with white lettering at the time of her disappearance.
