Zela is described as a Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. Details of her appearance, including her medium complexion and her date of birth, which is listed as May 30, 1977, have been provided in an effort to aid in her identification. The CPD has expressed particular concern, noting that Zela may require medication.
