Described as a male, African American, standing at 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair. He was last spotted wearing a dark blue sweatshirt emblazoned with the word "Falcons," alongside dark-colored jeans and pink Crocs, as detailed by the CPD.
