Indianapolis Metropolitan Police are investigating the theft of more than $175,000 worth of solid bronze vases and markers from New Crown Cemetery. According to FOX59, among the stolen items were gravesite belongings of individuals including 31-year-old Brandon Rednour, who was buried in 2020.

Cemetery officials discovered the thefts and reported them to law enforcement. WTHR reported that several sections of the cemetery were affected, with a total of 246 bronze vases believed to be stolen.

Families of affected graves have been asked to contact the cemetery office for details, as per WRTV.
