When the Noblesville Police Department turned to social media to issue a plea to the residents, it was with a straightforward message tinged with a touch of sarcasm. The department's Facebook post, as of August 30, served as a pointed reminder of the practical purpose behind those omnipresent signs of urban disruption: the orange cones, barriers, and "Road Closed" notifications. Noblesville PD's post read, "They’re not just there for decoration, they are guiding you away from the hot mess of ongoing construction!"
The Noblesville Police Department reminded drivers to respect road barriers and orange cones for safety. The department noted that ignoring them creates a hazard and urged motorists to follow all construction directives.
