A man was arrested at Springwood Park in Richmond after being reported for indecent exposure. On Wednesday, police received a call about a man allegedly engaging in masturbation inside his vehicle with the door open. The suspect fled the scene but was later located with help from an off-duty officer, according to the Richmond Police Department's Facebook post.
Dustin Harney, 26, of Richmond, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. Police said he was also found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Richmond Police Department reminded the public to report similar incidents immediately and noted that arrests and charges are accusations, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
