The Riviera Beach Police Department has linked Randall Ray Love, a man already incarcerated for drug possession, to an arson that targeted the Enforcers Motorcycle Club's clubhouse earlier this month. CBS12 reported that detectives had a short trip to find the suspect, considering Love was already in the Palm Beach County Jail on an unrelated drug charge.
On September 11, fire services responded to calls at 6 a.m. about a blaze at the club's address, 1525 Avenue E. The fire was brought under control swiftly, with suspicions of arson leading to a joint investigation by the Florida Bureau of Fire, Arson, and Explosives Investigations, and the Riviera Beach Police Department's Strategic Investigations Division. According to the WPBF statement, Love acknowledged his role in the arson during an interview with Riviera Beach Police detectives.
Love now faces multiple charges including second-degree arson, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and criminal mischief relating to property damage exceeding $1,000, as mentioned in a report by CBS12. His bail has been set at $110,000 in the Palm Beach County Jail.
Meanwhile, the local community has been dealing with the shock of the incident, especially given the Enforcers Motorcycle Club's reputation for comprising ex-law enforcement, military veterans, and those who stand as "American patriots." The club, spread across 12 states and one Canadian province, emphasizes motorcycle safety and civic commitment. "The Florida State Fire Marshal has taken the lead in investigating the suspicious fire, which has been classified as probable arson," said a spokesperson for Riviera Beach Police to WPBF. Arson carries heavy implications for a community institution linked to "America's freedoms first," as rivals or opposing forces might parse, this attack as a message, as noted by Hoodline.
The investigation is still active, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Riviera Beach Police Department.
