The Wayne County Indiana Sheriff’s Office announced on Facebook that Loni Eubanks has been arrested following a community tip. The arrest was reported in their regular “Warrant Wednesday” segment on the Wayne County Indiana Sheriff's Office’s official Facebook page. According to the post, dispatch received information on Eubanks’ location, leading to his arrest on the outstanding warrant.
The Wayne County Indiana Sheriff's Office also requested information on three other individuals with outstanding warrants. Anyone with tips is asked to call 765-973-9355. The post included a disclaimer that all charges are accusations and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
